08 Jun Dubai’s real estate market will continue to grow
According to EMEA’s 2022 report, Dubai’s real estate market has proven remarkably resilient during the pandemic. As a result, over 84% of real estate professionals expect competition in the Dubai real estate market to grow.
Over two-thirds (68%) of respondents in Dubai indicated they saw growth in 2021 and expect it to continue. At the same time, 77% expect the market to grow even more in 2023. It is the highest indicator among the countries of the EMEA region. Such results show that the Dubai real estate market will continue to thrive shortly.
In November 2021, 6,989 transactions totalling 17.95 billion dirhams were made in Dubai, which was the most significant monthly sales volume in the entire history of the market. As for transaction volumes, Dubai reported 57,043 transactions in 2021. It is 73.6% more than in 2020 and 51.6% higher than in 2019. As a result, real estate experts believe that Expo 2020 has contributed to the growth of the market value of real estate.
